Construction Progress Photos at the Reserves at Dakota Crossing & Fort Lincoln Multifamily Apartments.

The tower crane, a symbol most associated with developments downtown D.C. has made its way to Fort Lincoln, one of the fastest growing and most amazing communities in Northeast D.C. Once this final phase of construction is completed on Commodore Joshua Barney Drive it will bring nearly 600 new residents to the Fort Lincoln Community. The apartments are 85% market-rate and the townhomes are starting in the upper 500’s. Hopefully our friends at DDOT are making progress on our connection to the Anacostia River Trail because the apartments have a 1:1 parking ratio and the townhomes have 1-2 car garages.

  1. Just discovered this blog. Pretty cool. Will be checking in regularly, because there truly is a dearth of information on this area. Also about the new development at that triangle at NYAve and Bladensburg. Great work!
