Open Committees


Transportation

  • Co-Chair – Repairs, Maintenance & Upgrades
  • Co-Chair – Trails & Bike Lanes
  • Co-Chair – Mass Transportation

 Responsibilities

  • Populate & update the 311 Tracking Log.
  • Follow-up on the status of 311 Work Orders
  • Present 311 Updates at Bi-monthly SMD Meetings
  • Attend monthly Fort Lincoln Leadership Meeting
  • Assist with WMATA Focus Groups and Data Collection (Mass Transportation)
  • Track Bus Stop maintenance & repair concerns (Mass Transportation)
  • Attend Meetings throughout the city (as requested), take detailed notes and documentation and report to the Fort Leadership meeting.
  • Research meetings & initiatives at Transportation websites.

Parks & Recreation

  • Co-Chair – Repairs, Maintenance & Upgrades
  • Co-Chair – Planning
  • Co-Chair – Anacostia Riverfront Park

Responsibilities

  • Populate & update the 311 Tracking Log.
  • Summer 2017 Community Events Planning
  • Follow-up on the status of 311 Work Orders
  • Present 311 Updates at Bi-monthly SMD Meetings
  • Attend monthly Fort Lincoln Leadership Meeting
  • Attend Meetings throughout the city (as requested), take detailed notes and documentation and report to the Fort Leadership meeting.
  • Write letters and assist with planning initiatives.

Education

  • Co-Chair – Repairs & Maintenance

  • Report Findings of Community Walks & Participation at SMD & Fort Lincoln Leadership Meetings
  • Attend monthly Fort Lincoln Leadership Meeting
  • Attend Meetings throughout the city (as requested), take detailed notes and documentation and report to the Fort Leadership meeting.

  • Per Fort Lincoln Sub-division & Residential Building
